Have you ever spent hours doing a workout and wonder if it’s effective for you and your fitness goal? We have all been there. That is because not all exercises are equal; some exercises are mainly for aesthetics. In this week’s blog post we’ll dive into some exercises that should be definite when training different parts of the body. As you look over the exercise, you’ll notice they require the entire body to perform movement. The best way to maximize your experience in the gym is to be efficient with workouts. These exercises listed will target our problem areas!
Upper Body:
Push-up
High-low planks
Bicep curl
Bend over rows
Lower Body:
Squat
Walking lunges
Bulgarian lunge
Leg press (if available)
Core:
Flutters
Plank holds (forward and side)
Alternating V ups
Russian twists
