Good morning! Just an update: this morning I tried on a pair of no-stretch jeans that I've been using whenever I ask myself "Is this working?" Last week I couldn't even get them up past my knees. Tried them on today, they're up, and I can get them closed. You're a magician
I generally don't wear shorts this short, but girl was I flaunting my thighs this week. Cellulites have greatly reduced. Still a lot to get rid off, but I just love the fact that I have come a long way. Thank you for helping me. 4:37 PM

My goal is to lose approximately 15lbs and tone my body. After working out with her for 4 weeks, she has me well on my way. I always look forward to our workouts because I know each day will be something different. Gerlind has introduced me to exercises I've never done; targeting the areas / want most. Keeping my goals in mind, I appreciate how she pushes me to keep going. In addition to the workouts, the meal planning is great and something I know I will stick with going forward.

Without a doubt, pregnancy takes a toll on a woman’s body. Postpartum was brutal so I shopped around for trainers. I came across Gerlind’s profile. Reached out and explained to her I want half of my stomach go in a month and a half. I knew it’ll take two to tangle and I had to be extremely disciplined. Her dedication and my trust for her work led to getting results within that time frame. I must say the process of getting results wasn’t easy at all!
Sooooo. As always.. I miss you. I took my PT test today and got a 95.1. I did 42 push ups, 55 sit ups and a 12.43 minute 1.5 run. And I feel good afterwards. I was nervous going in to it because I haven't worked out consistently, but while I was running and doing the other workouts, I just kept picturing your face and saying "uh uh, keep going" Imfao so that's what I did.
